Invalid File Format Error 20009. SQL 2005 Scanned images
Reply Quote

I am very new to LEAD Tools so please forgive my lack of knowledge.  We have an application that uses LEAD tools for viewing scanned images in a healthcare practice management system. Lately, when trying to view the images in the application through Imagine Radiology, we receive the above error.  It should also be noted that the LEAD tools are part of TrueICE Scanning which connects to a SQL 2005  dB.

Imagine Tech Support seems to not have an answer for this issue and it has been left unresolved for months.

I have begun researching on the web to discover the cause and bypass Imagine completely. I have found comments ranging from ocx to dll to com resolutions.

My question concerns dll's and if I can obtain updated versions of those dll's to try on our server to determine whether it's older file versions or the application using LEAD tools configuration issues.

Any suggestions or help would be GREATLY appreciated. We have, literally millions of documents scanned and now are unable to view many of them.

Thanks in advance

Hello,

Are you maintaining an application that uses Leadtools, or are you an end user of an application that uses Leadtools?

If you are an end-user, then you will need to contact the software vendor of the application you are using. It is not within the scope of our support to help non-Leadtools customers.

If you have created and/or are maintaining an application that uses Leadtools, then you can obtain the latest dlls by sending an email to support@leadtools.com including the following information:

1. The company you work for
2. The LEADTOOLS serial number(s) you own (if you are evaluating, just say so)
3. The name(s) of the developer(s) using the serial number(s)
4. A link to this forum post
