Can you answer the following questions:
- What LEADTOOLS version (14, 15, 16, etc.) and LEADTOOLS programming interface (DLL API, .NET objects, etc.) are you using?
- What is the exact file format that you are passing to the save function?
- Can you open the result file using LEADTOOLS pre-built demos?
- Can you send me a small sample file in a ZIP or RAR format (don't use the preview feature when attaching in the forums)?
- This specific format is not very common in image viewer applications. Are you sure that this format (TIFF with JPEG compression) is supported? If yes, can you send me a small sample file (TIFF with JPEG compression) that is created by Non-LEAD application and opens with the third party application?
