Did you install ePrint with administrator privileges?
Are you running as administrator when you print?
Which printer are you printing to? By default "LEADTOOLS ePrint 5" and "LEADTOOLS ePrint 5 Workstation" will be available after installation. Are you printing to one of these or a task printer you created?
Did this work at one point or did you just install and it's always done this from the very beginning?
Does this occur when you print from all applications or only some?

Did you install ePrint with administrator privileges?[EV-->] I have disabled UAC way back - Silly facility!
Are you running as administrator when you print?[EV-->] Yes Am running as Administration
Which printer are you printing to? By default "LEADTOOLS ePrint 5"
and "LEADTOOLS ePrint 5 Workstation" will be available after
installation. Are you printing to one of these or a task printer you
created?[EV-->] I CA print to Workstation with all the features
associated but “Leadtools ePrint 5” gives a pop-up that it is printing
but no option to WHERE or WHAT FORMAT
Did this work at one point or did you just install and it's always
done this from the very beginning?[EV-->] I can’t remember that
“Leadtools ePrint 5” ever working – I the hurry, I always opted for
Workstation just to get the job done. At Work (On XP) I run the older
Leadtools ePrint IV all day on all kinds of applications. Can't work
without it! IV did not want to work on Vista hence buying 2007 and now
2009 to enable me doing same at SOHO at home.
Does this occur when you print from all applications or only some?[EV-->] On ALL Applications
Possibly I have to remove and re-install Leadtools, (Again) see if 3rd time lucky.
I there a default setup lor the non workstation install?

We recently updated our ePrint installers. Please completely uninstall eprint using the Control Panel's Add or Remove programs. Then download the latest installer from http://www.eprintdriver.com/free-evaluation.htm and install it.
Are you using any different language version of Windows other than English?

We actually uploaded a new version around 5:30 pm EST on the 19th and it doesn't look like you downloaded that one because the file size of the newest setup is 29,784 KB. You probably just missed it =).

That is weird as the one I downloaded this afternoon 16:38 CAT (GMT+2) after getting you mail, reads 28,734 KB exacly the same as the one i downloaded on the 19th at 09:35 CAT.
I can, once again go and download the file but can bet it will be the same again!
BTW, the one I downloaded this afternoon does not bring up the Save as dialog either.

Is this Windows vista 32 bit or 64 bit?
Please send me a zip file of the screenshots so that I can see what is happening on your machine. Additionally, I will try to see if I can reproduce the crash you created with the Workstation. Please describe in detail the steps you took to cause it with the images you are going to send.

I do have Adobe however - But you want the files that caused the Crash - OK let me rdp to my XP PC.

Does this crash always occur when you try to save files with the workstation? What steps are you taking to reproduce this?
I set up a fresh installation of Windows Vista Ultimate 32bit and ePrint is working perfectly fine so far.
By the way, Windows Vista comes with the ability to zip and unzip files. Please see this article: http://windowshelp.microsoft.com/Windows/en-us/help/7050d809-c761-43d4-aae7-587550cd341a1033.mspx

This was the first time that I have used Workstation with a couple of files independently pulled into a "Job" - and it then crashed.
Did the Crash analysis not give any hint to why it crashed?
(Thanks for the Vista Zip Info - I will look at it!)
A typical job I do every day is to "print a batch of text mails to a text file which I then parse to get data from it. I am going to try and do that with Lead5... Churned for a while, came up with printing page 1, 2 to 5 and then Popped up:
Printer not Ready - That is something new!!!
Let me post this to you while I do the same with Workstation!

As easy as "Send To" :)
OK, the 500+ pages printed from Outlook mail to Workstation and then saved as one long Text file worked as Tools IV always did.

I'm glad that the outlook print feature is working for you now. Perhaps that crash was just an isolated incident.
Unfortunately the crash windows don't provide much information because it's just a standard Windows dialog. For us to figure out what the actual problem is, we need to be able to consistently reproduce it on our end. If you give me specific instructions of how to reproduce this I can look into it further.
