"Print Preview" blank
Reply Quote
Running into several occasions where after viewing a scanned document, print preview is blank and the printout is blank.
The current workaround is to recreate the users domin account so that they get a new profile in XP. Other users with same permissions levels on the same pc can veiw & print fine (under their logins).

Is there a registry setting or enviornment variable or anything else that could be getting set wrong or corrupted. Any Ideas?

Are you using a LEADTOOLS product to scan or preview your images? If yes, please explain which product is it, what version and which function exactly?

It uses LTWVC11n.dll, I thought this was a leadtools dll.
I tracked down the issue to a registry key for [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Local AppWizard-Generated Applications
There was a dword value for view set to 1 that should have been 0.
