In order to better assist you, it is necessary to know which codec's are installed on your machine. Please follow the below procedure to generate a log file that will help us determine which LEADTOOLS codec you installed on your machine.
1. Download the file "LEADMMCodecsEnum.exe" and run the setup.
2. An application will be automatically launched when the installation finishes.
3. Press the "Get codecs" button to generate the log file.
4. The log file will be generated and the folder in which the file was saved in will be opened in a new window.
5. Add the log file to a ZIP or RAR file and send it to support@leadtools.com. if you already have an open email ticket, simply reply back to your current ticket.
