I have been going through the system clutching at straws and got it to give me a "Test Page Failed to print..... (error 0x0000006). So going through all the Google advice on that (gpedit.msc)!
I DO have to go and do some real work but will back to this a bit later (It is now 15:00) - Regards

Are you able to create and print to a task printer? These are more similar to the "Leadtools ePrint 5" printer than they are to the workstation.

We are really not getting anywhere!
I created a TEST task that prints a pdf to the desktop. I then opened one of the screenshot jpg's and printed it to TEST and it opened a Progress bar but is still sitting at Preparing : 0% 10 mintes later.
Other clues encountered so far is:
1) printer not ready, and,
2) error 0x000006
ZDNet Anouncements received today: "How to ruin a perfectly good Sunday (Xmas Holiday) with Windows Vista!" :-|

Please send an email to ePrintSupport@leadtools.com, mention this post and ask for the ePrint 5 removal utility. Although you already tried re-installing the latest drivers, this utility could remove older files that might not have been removed using a normal uninstall operation.
I'm suggesting this because we have already tested ePrint on various Vista machines and none of them showed the problem you're facing.

OK!!! I have uninstalled Leadtools5, cleaned out anything that I could find in the registry that popped up under "leadtool" as well scanning anything that does under "eprint" that looks like a Leadtool entry.
Re-stalled and IT NOW WORKS!!! :)
Can't send you a screen capture as that Vista option also got removed in the process.
I now need to restore all the other stuff I removed in the process.
Consider this case closed!
