Hello dude     I am using lead tools latest pateches evaluation version 15.0. i am working Medical Viewer project Using VB.NET platform, i want to apply the user define filter like 3X3 matrix                                     { 0 , 0 , 0   0 , 1 , 0    0 , 0 , 0  }to image. how can i apply the user define filter to image in medical viewer?
