2-3 second delay in display of video stream
Reply Quote
I am using the C# Play Control to point at a MPEG2-TS with H.264 and KLV embedded in it. There is a two to three second delay between the server and the client. (Video being demuxed is about 2 seconds behind server). I noticed this on all the sample applications as well. I used VLC to verify this. VLC had no noticeable delay. I have also tried different options for displaying the video such as using a callback to copy the bitmap image to a picture box with the same results. It seems like there is a built in buffer that is being filled before video is being displayed. Can I turn this off or change it?
