ImageProcessor dll issue

I deleted this post a little while ago thinking it was in the wrong area, but now I'm not so sure. Anyway, here's the original post...if anyone can help that'd be wonderful!

I'm trying to install Raster Imaging Pro and the first thing the instructions say to do is copy the DLLs to the Windows\system32 folder and register the ImageProcessor.dll. When I try to register the dll I get an error that says "LoadLibrary("C:\windows\system32\ImagProcessor.dll") failed - A dynamic link library (DLL) initialization routine failed.".

Has anyone had this happen to them, and if so, is there a fix?
