08-15-2008, 11:09 ezanagar Joined on 08-05-2008 Posts 17 PLT File problems. Attachment: PLTDetailProblems.rar Hello again, I have a sample PLT file attached to this post. If I open it using VectorDemo code that comes with LeadTools 15, I get an image that is missing some shading details. I've included 2 screenshots with this post. One using a thirdparty tool I downloaded called ABViewer and the other one using VectorDemo by leadtools. You can see that there is a difference in the orientation and the shading. What's causing this and how can I display the correct shading using LeadTools. Thanks    Report

I have reproduced this problem and need to report it to our engineering department.  However, in order to do that I need you to send an email to support@leadtools.com including the following information: 1. The company you work for 2. The LEADTOOLS serial number(s) you own (if you are evaluating, just say so) 3. The name(s) of the developer(s) using the serial number 4. I have reproduced this problem and have reported it with the incident number 7224IDT.  This incident will be reviewed and prioritized by our engineering department.  I will contact you when I get more information from our developers. This incident, 7224IDT, has been fixed in the latest build of v15.  Please send an email to support@leadtools.com in order to get the download instructions for the latest patch.  For verification purposes, I need you to include the following information: 1. The company you work for 2. The LEADTOOLS serial number(s) you own (if you are evaluating, just say so) 3. The name(s) of the developer(s) using the serial number 4.
