11-10-2008, 1:29 boris_qbf Joined on 05-04-2007 Posts 27 PrintSCU GetImageBoxesCount problem Hi there, I’m trying to implement basic DICOM printing as per Associate Method DicomPrintScu Class help sample (C#, .NET) . I’m using Med-Sx PrintSCP-2 as a printer emulator. When control gets to the line of code if (printSCU.GetImageBoxesCount() > 0) in function PerformBasicPM the GetImageBoxesCount() call returns 0 and subsequently the rest of the code is not executed. I have compiled the same code using V16 evaluation version and it worked. Information from the Forum postings http://support.leadtools.com/CS/forums/23567/ShowPost.aspx and http://support.leadtools.com/SupportPortal/CS/forums/24304/ShowPost.aspx implies that it used to work with V15 as well at least in 15.0.0.31. I am using Leadtools.dll v15.0.1.9 and Leadtools.Dicom.dll v15.0.1.13 (15-Aug-2008) To reproduce an error you could use a sample application from http://support.leadtools.com/SupportPortal/CS/forums/24304/ShowPost.aspx courtesy of Frostbitten. Also I’ve noticed that DicomPrinterInformation returned from a call to GetPrinterInformation is blank in V15 while in V16 at least some fields are populated. Thank you Boris    Report

11-11-2008, 10:23 GregR Joined on 05-31-2006 In House Posts 1,811 Re: PrintSCU GetImageBoxesCount problem Most likely, you are running into the same problem mentioned in those other posts, especially since you said I should use the sample project from those posts.  I've added this post to those incidents 7410IDT and 7409IDT and will contact you when I get more information.  At this time, they are both marked as fixed, but we are waiting on the DLLs to go through QA and for a patch to be built.
