When i start Adobe Photoshop a box apears which says "the program cant start because   LTDIS14n.dll is missing " then if i press ok the programm starts but it has some mulfunctions ..As i learned from a google search i did this file is a LEAD product and is accocieted with graphics creation which Photoshop uses...and that it is installed along with a standar Windows XP installation .To be honest i think that i wrongfully deleated LTDIS14n.dll from its directory (i think from the Win32 subdirectory  of the Windows directory) or /and i deleted its registry entry .I ask for help : is ther a way to reinstall LTDIS14n.dll easily or the only way is to do a repair reinstalation of Windows XP which will also reinstall LTDIS14n.dll    Report

However, it is not installed by default with a fresh Windows XP setup. Also, I have used more than one version of Adobe Photoshop in the past, and none of the versions I used installs this file. Our toolkits are used by thousands of programmers and software companies, so it is possible that one of them used our toolkit to make a Photoshop Plug-in. If you installed any plug-in and it no longer works, try to re-install that plug-in or contact its vendor's support to try to fix the problem.
