Remvoing Codecs

I have time and time again emailed the support and now I'm resorting to the forums. I have downloaded movie clips and tried running games, anything involving media I get a popup saying I dont have access to certain codecs. I also have downloaded 3 codec packs trying to resolve this issue. My patience has run thin and I want the LEAD products off of my computer, which I did not even choose to install.

What is the exact popup message title and body that you are facing? I will send you the instructions to remove the popup message.

If you are unsure of the DirectShow filter that is causing the Nag message, check the following help topic:
