02-13-2009, 19:54 stevmoore Joined on 02-14-2009 Posts 3 Word 2007 issue - never loads into the workstation I opened an html document and ePrint opened it in Word 2007.  It never finishes loading - just the dialog "Preparing". This was the first task I did with ePrint.  Is there a configuration step I need to do first?    Report

02-17-2009, 13:56 stevmoore Joined on 02-14-2009 Posts 3 Re: Word 2007 issue - never loads into the workstation Sure, what I wanted to do was open a number of html documents and have ePrint convert all of them to a single word document. I click on File, Open and open the first html document. ePrint brings up Word 2007 and uses that to open the document I switch back to ePrint and it shows the "Preparing please wait" dialog and never finishes to load the document into the workstation for the next step. I let is go for several minutes before pressing ESC to terminate the operation thx    Report

Also, what is the LEADTOOLS ePrint 5 product id that you use? You can find LEADTOOLS ePrint product ID on the "About" tab on your LEADTOOLS ePrint 5.0 driver properties dialog.
