ePrint 5 64-bit?

ePrint 5 64-bit?

I just installed ePrint 5 on 64-bit Windows 7 and there is no ePrint printer in the Printers folder. Is there something special I need to do?

I downloaded the installation file today, size is 29,783,888 bytes.

Any way to get the resolution posted here? I have the same issue. Just tried installed the newest download of EPrint on my new Windows 7 x64 system. Says it installed fine, but no EPrint printers in the printers folder or print dialog boxes.

Aslo, send your ePrint serial number to support@leadtools.com from a valid email address so we can investigate this individually.

I'm evaluating purchasing another license of ePrint.  It works fine on Vista x64.

On Win7 x64 the printer is missing from the printer list.

Please let me know if there is a fix so that I may proceed with purchase.

LEADTOOLS ePrint 5 should work on Windows 7 64-bit. However, you need to download and install the latest setup from our website. Are you using the latest setup? If yes and you still face a problem, we have found that the few machines that have such problems are better treated on a case by case basis and there is no general solution. So please send a detailed description of your problem's symptoms in an email to eprintsupport@leadtools.com
