Save As dialog stopped showing up

I have been using ePrint5 for a couple of years now. Today all the sudden, the "Save As" dialog stopped appearing when I tried to save the print to a file. The intended print just went to some phantom place.  All I did before this happened was to save a file to a flash drive and the process was successful. Then after that, no Save-As dialog. Can you tell me what causes this to happen?

I have uninstalled and re-installed ePrint5, but the problem is still there.

Our support department has received your email (ticket 2009102210001011).  We are working on this issue and will respond back as soon as we have more information.

In the future, please do not use multiple mediums of support for the same issue.  This will help our support department be more efficient and provide you with the best support possible.
