10-23-2009, 9:25 a7medo778 Joined on 10-23-2009 Posts 2 cant capture from cramster hi there i am a premium user on cramster so i do have the ability to print the solutions and they turn out great when printed but when trying to eprint them using the program i keep getting black pages like the one attached how can i do that correctly ?    Report

How do you issue the print job to ePrint Workstation? Do you print them from the web browser? Or are they files on disk? If they are files on disk, please send an email to eprintsupport@leadtools.com with the following: 1) The sample files in a ZIP or a RAR file. 2) Your ePrint serial number, to give you the latest setup file. 3) Mention this forum post.
