Error detecting system fonts

We have users who get the following error message as they are opening an AS/400 display session (gives text-based access to mostly inhouse applications on the IBM AS/400 mini-computer):
"LEADTOOLS ePrint
An error occurred while detecting system fonts. Press Retry to try again.
If this error persists, contact Technical Support."
You can retry or cancel. Anyone have any idea how to correct this, or at least keep it from popping up?
