New installation not working

I have a brand-new installation of ePrint on Windows Vista Home x64.

The installation appears to have worked, however when I try to go to Printing Preferences to setup my paper size, the Printing Preferences window will not open. I see it flash just for an instant, but it does not stay open.

That window does not open, regardless of how I try...
 Right-click on a printer
 The button in the Printer Properties window
 or the Properties button in a print dialog.


What can I do?
