Is there a simple way to exclude all jobs in the ePrint 5 queue?  If not, I sure wish there was.

Do you mean you want to cancel or purge all jobs waiting in the printer queue? If yes, you can go to the Printers folder in Windows and double-click the ePrint printer and choose "Cancel All Documents" from the Printer menu.
If you mean something else please provide me with more information.

The print window solution didn't work for me.  Let me explain my process, maybe you can better understand my needs.
I'm using ePrint5 as a  tool to generate multi-page tiffs.

Inside ePrint5, I open (for example) 25 single page tiff files.
When they open, all 25 are checked in the job list.
I click each box next to each filename to individually un-check (exclude) each of the jobs.
(Here is where I'd like to simply un-check all jobs in a single keystroke)

To create my first multi-page tiff, I re-check the boxes of the top 3 jobs and "save as" "multi-page tiff" - for example - Group1.tif
Next, I un-check the top 3 jobs, and check the next 3, and save as Group2.tif.
And so forth.  A little clumsy, but it works.

I want to add a feature request regarding this, please send an email to eprintsupport@leadtools.com and mention this post.

In the meanwhile, you can try to only select the files you are interested in (Press Ctrl on your keyboard while selecting the three files you need) when using the Open dialog. And after saving the three pages, you can delete these jobs using File => Close Job(s) menu and then open the other three files.
