activation on Windows7?
Reply Quote
Hi all,

I upgraded my pc to Windows7, and whilst doing that I removed my old harddisks and installed a new harddisk to install Windows7 and everything else.

I haven't uninstalled eprint from my old harddisk/system (winXP) but i removed the harddisk with eprint (and the whole winxp) on it physically. Now i want to use eprint on my win7 but i see in the forum that in order to use my activation code later on, i needed to uninstall it before i removed the harddisk and installed win7, which i didn't.

1) Does eprint work on Win7?

2) How can I reactivate my eprint now that i haven't uninstalled it but have removed the harddisks? (If its of any help I put my old harddrives into a USB box, so can access to the files of old winxp installation. I also attempted to boot my pc from the USB to see if I could have the old WinXP start-up, but it fails to boot up the XP while connected via the USB.)

Thanks for your help in advance...

I have ePrint running well on Win 7.

Write support and they will tell you how to manually register the Win 7 version. That is what I did.

Correct, the latest version of ePrint 5 has gone through vigorous QA testing on Windows 7 and should work just fine.

Activation involves private information such as your serial number, so this cannot be handled on a public forum and you would need to contact eprintsupport@leadtools.com for these kinds of queries.
