Can't find Help file
Reply Quote

The "Save As..." JPEG2000 option in Photoshop opens a small window to configure the file. If I click the "Help" button I get a message that the LTPSPLUGINN.HLP file can't be found. I've searched for this file, tried variations on the spelling, etc., but can't find it. Does anyone know how if this file can be downloaded somewhere? Thanks,

John

John,
The file LTPSPLUGINN.HLP is installed in your Windows SYS folder (such as C:\WINNT\system32)

Thanks Amin, but I searched my System32 folder, and in fact searched my entire hard drive, and there's no file with that name to be found anywhere.

Great! Thanks Travis for the ZIP file -- I unzipped and put it in the System32 file, and all's well. Can't account for why it wasn't there in the first place, but I'm glad to have it.

John
