'Invalid file format' error messages are normally generated due to a missing DLL file which is required to load specific image format. Or you are trying to load a file that is not supported by LEADTOOLS. Can you try to load the image you are trying to save using our demos? Does it load in the demo samples shipped with our toolkit?

Can you send me a sample file that you are trying to load? Also, can you tell me what build number (version info) of LEADTOOLS OCX and DLL files you have on your computer?

If you want to send a sample file, please put it in a ZIP or RAR file so our server can accept it.

I download the recent Lead tools patches, but I did not extract passwords, can you help me and give me the password.

The file names are LIC - WIN32_D - 14.5.0.67.zip and LIC - WIN32_S - 14.5.0.67.zip.

Thank you very much.

I have checked the images you sent me and they loaded successfully using the latest patches of LEADTOOLS DLLs.

To get the Unzip password, please send and email to support@leadtools.com and mention this post.
