To convert from DICOM to DICOM JPEG2000 lossless image look at the DICOM help file and refer to the file format FILE_DICOM_JP2_GRAY or FILE_DICOM_JP2_COLOR.  For information on saving to JPEG2000 lossless format look at the help file section "Raster Image Functions: Working with JPEG 2000".
