Adobe 109 Error when appending to queue
Reply Quote

Help!  I need to combine about 40 webpages into one large PDF for a client. I am using ePrint, and selecting "append to queue" for each file. On the last one, I select "append to queue and create file".  When I go to open the file, I get a popup that says "There was an error opening the file (109)".

This has been working fine for appending smaller numbers of files, so I don't know what the issue is.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

EWSWeb

I tried saving multiple web pages to PDF using the ePrint 5 printer. I appended the print jobs to the queue, and saved the job at the end into one large PDF. The PDF opened without errors with Adobe Reader.

I did this on a Windows XP 32-bit Service Pack 2 computer, printed the web pages with Internet Explorer 7 to ePrint 5 (build 5.0.1.118 – 14.5.0.059); and opened the PDF document with Adobe Reader 8.

Can you send me the document that shows that error?

If this is possible, please send the document (preferably pack it in a ZIP or RAR file) to eprintsupport@leadtools.com and mention in the email this forum post.

Also, please send your ePrint serial number to the support email address (don't post it here).
