Running Eprint on CT Summation iBlaze on XP/sp2

eprint installed on workstation was inbedded in Summation's Petrification Toolset.  When selecting records for petrification (conversion) to TIFF files the print queue just hangs and so does Summation.  The little Eprint tool just sits and sits, even on a 1 page document.  I have also observed it creating a 12,000 page print queue job on the same 1 page document and eventually runs out of memory.  If you kill the windows print spooler then Summation finally reacts and indicates the process was aborted by the end user which it has not, it was good'ol Winder's just dropping the print job.  Clearly the Eprint tool is not doing what it is suppose to by sending the 'print' job out and processing it then letting Summation know that the task is completed.

The error "Error registering ePrint interface callbacks - petrification aborted" is pulled from the error log generated in Summation and is named "EDOCPETR.LOG".

Summation un/reinstalled and the same for the Eprint/ Petrification Toolset with no resolution.

Thanks for the view - any help apprciated.  Summation tech support could not help.

I believe that you also sent an email about this same topic.  In the future, please only inquire about the same issue through one medium of support unless the support agent has asked you to switch.  This will help ensure that you will not have multiple agents working on the same issue and gives you the best and most efficient support possible.

Did ePrint come with CT Summation or did you install ePrint for your own purposes and it's not working with their application?
