02-07-2008, 15:18 ChoiceTech Joined on 02-07-2008 Posts 1 Not able to print any MS Word documents that were created via Eprint I have Eprint 5 Terminal Server edition installed on a Windows 2003 Terminal Server and a Windows 2000 Terminal Server. My client needs to be able to print reports out of a database and save them as a MS Word document, which that part works just fine. Then they e-mail that document to their main office for them to print it out. There is only one person in their main office can print out any of the documents. They get the below message and click on Yes, then it prints. Everyone else who tries to print these documents, clicks on print, the print job shows up in the printer’s queue for about 1 second, then it is gone, but it never prints. We have tried printing to local printers, network printers, re-saving the document to another file name, and nothing works. Any help would be greatly appreciated.    Report

02-07-2008, 17:01 GregR Joined on 05-31-2006 In House Posts 1,429 Re: Not able to print any MS Word documents that were created via Eprint I believe that you also sent an email about this same topic.  In the future, please only inquire about the same issue through one medium of support unless the support agent has asked you to switch.  This will help ensure that you will not have multiple agents working on the same issue and gives you the best and most efficient support possible. Let me see if I am understanding this process correctly... 1. Someone prints a document from your DB and converts it to a Word document. 2. The person from #1 sends that Word document to other people 3. The other people are trying to print the Word document to a non ePrint printer and it doesn't work (except for one person)? If this is not the case, please explain your situation in more detail. If this is the problem, what is different about the one person who is able to print the Word document?  Are they all printing to the same printer?  Do they all have the same OS and version of Word?
