Pages are blurry

Sometimes when I combine several pages into ePrint and save them all as one PDF file, they become very blurry. This especially happens with the pages that are PDF files to begin with. Is there any way to fix it so that all the pages are clear?

Can you please tell me how exactly are you combining the images using ePrint? Also, is possible to send me some sample files that when combined produces the blur effect? If you decided to send me files, please put them in a ZIP or RAR file first.

It actually happens when I simply open a PDF file in ePrint. I don't even have to combine it with any other files. As soon as I open one, it will be blurry on the screen and prints out blurry as well. Could I send you a one page example as a PDF file instead of ZIP or RAR?

Yes, PDF files are also allowed as attachments (if it's small enough), but please post the source PDF, not the file that was saved by ePrint.

Also, can perform the following test for me. If you open the PDF file that you are trying to print in both LEADTOOLS ePrint and Adobe Reader and zoom in both application by 100% and compare the 2 displays. Do the display differs in both applications?

You can either attach the files here or send them to support@leadtools.com.

If you send the files to our support email, please mention this forum post.

I sent the file to your support email last week. Can you tell me if you received it?

I'm afraid that I did not receive any files form you. Did you get a confirmation notification email form our support site when you send the images? This email will contain a ticket number in its subject? Can you tell me this number if you got such a message?

In any case, Can you please re-send the files again to the support email? Also , please make sure that you add alink to this forum link in your email so that your message will be directed to me?

Please put the files in a ZIP or RAR file prior to sending them.
