i've setup a task printer to save a pdf to a pre-defined location, to print to a physical printer and also to prompt to be saved elsewhere. Each time i printe, the text in the pdf is squeezed in from both sides and from the top and bottom. All the printers I have are set to 600dpi resolution. I've tried emulating margins of the physical printer and the eprint 5 and the eprint 5 workstation and the result is the same. All printers are set to A4 paper.

Hello,
What is the source file that you are using to convert from? If it is a common file format (PDF, DOC, BMP, etc.) please send me a small sample file and the converted result.

Please make sure that the attachment is:

1- Put in a ZIP or RAR file.
2- Do not hit preview when posting.
3- Less than 5 MB. If it is more than 5 MB, please send an email to support@leadtools.com to obtain upload instructions to our ftp server, and mention this forum post.
