LFC: The usual issues...

I'm having the same issue with LFC most others seem to have with it -- unpredictability... It worked a couple times but now I can't seem to get it to work. The output is always:
100% Completed. No files available to convert in the specified path!
Exactly how it can be 100% complete if no conversions were done, I have no idea... And why it's listing "path" when I'm providing it with a specific filename, I don't exactly know, either...
Passing it in only a path but no filnename just shows the second part of the message and not the 100% Completed part, for what it's worth...
An example syntax I'm using is this: LFC %~dp0test.tif /F103 /NOUI
...with %~dp0 being the full path I'm calling from. I can switch it to the manually typed out one, but the results are the same...
My test file (attached) is a TIFF stored with LZW compression that I'm attempting to convert to PBM binary format, but I tried a few other formats as well. I'm on Vista, but I did a few tests on an XP machine and had similar results. I've also tried different file types, but to no avail.
When it was working, the utility was great. But troubleshooting it when it doesn't work is proving to be a real pain....
Any chance there's a newer (slightly more robust) version out there available for beta-testing? :)

Kevin, You will
need an extra file to be able to convert your TIFF files into PBM format. Please
send an email to support@leadtools.com
and mention this post.

Same issue -- even with the file you sent. "No files available to convert in the specific path!"
Kind of frustrating.

I tested the LEAD CommandLine Converter utility on Vista 32 and 64-bit machines and it worked with no problems.
