MedicalViewerCell ParentViewerChanged event

It would be great if the next version of the Medical Imaging Toolkit included a ParentViewerChanged event (and OnParentViewerChanged handler). At present, I want this event because I have derived from the MedicalViewerCell class and need to do something that requires the ParentViewer property to have a valid value, but I can imagine other situations in which this event would be useful.
