I have tried to create a region of the image's full width and height, and fill it with black. The whole mage was black (including the bottom row). Please send an email to support@leadtools.com and mention this post. Ask for the latest patches for v14.5 and 15. Include your serial number, and if you are evaluating, ask for the latest evaluation patches. If the new DLLs did not solve the issue, please create a small sample project (not your full application) that will load an image, create a region of the image's height and show the problem. You can attach the project here or send it to support@leadtools.com. Please put your attachments in a ZIP or RAR file, and if you are posting your attachments here, do not use the preview feature.
