06-25-2008, 10:12 prostomax Joined on 12-12-2007 Posts 3 Tiles are not shown in Firefox 3 Hi, We are using .Net Class library for our control that shows images on the web site. Sometimes in Firefox 3 we get missing tiles, however the image is redrawn properly if user changes zoom (zoom in or zoom out). It is most often noticed on large images (3000 x 3000 pixes and more) and tile size is 500 px. In IE we do not see this problem. Attached is screen shot with the example.    Report

Zip the file(s) up. 2.) Make sure it is less than 5 MB.  If it is larger, please send an email to support@leadtools.com and we'll send you FTP instructions. 3.) Remove ANY AND ALL unlock codes and LEADTOOLS DLLs. 4.) Do not click the preview button, the attachment will not show up when you post it.   If you do not wish to post your file(s) on the forum since they are publically viewable, please send an email to support@leadtools.com and make sure that you include a link to this forum post. What is the file version of Leadtools.dll that you are using? Does this work in older versions like Firefox 2?  I honestly didn't even know there was a Firefox 3 yet =). What class are you using to display the images on the web page?  We have many .NET objects and several can be used for the same purpose.  Can you reproduce this problem with any of our demos that ship with the SDK?  If so, please let me know which one and the steps you are taking to reproduce it. The problem is noticed in both Firefox 2 and Firefox 3. It is reproduced also in your sample application. Most often it can be observed when user quickly zooms in or zooms out. We use 1) Leadtools.dl v15,0,0,31 2) WebImageViewer class.    Report

06-27-2008, 12:17 GregR Joined on 05-31-2006 In House Posts 1,527 Re: Tiles are not shown in Firefox 3 I had no problems with an image that was around 5000x6000 pixels in Firefox.  Your DLLs are pretty old though, so that might be the problem.  Please send an email to support@leadtools.com in order to get the download instructions for the latest patch.  For verification purposes, I need you to include the following information:   1. The company you work for 2. The LEADTOOLS serial number(s) you own (if you are evaluating, just say so and we'll send you the eval patch) 3. The name(s) of the developer(s) using the serial number 4. A link to this forum post If the problem still exists in the latest build, please send one of the large images you are using so I can compare apples to apples.  Also, What modifications to the DocumentCleanDemo.aspx other than the file name and the tile size?
