07-10-2008, 8:23 go@imagelevel.com Joined on 02-03-2005 Posts 5 16-Bit grayscale TIFF not loaded correctly in v14.5.072     Hello, The attached tiff file is not loaded correctly in Leadtools 14.5.072. I tried this also with the sample DEMO32.exe application, same result. Other viewers (e.g. ACDSee) is displaying the image correctly. Thanks for your help.    Report

But I checked the file you sent through email, and it did not show correctly even with the latest v14.5 patches. I have reported this as Incident Number 7119AMN, and I will update you on this problem as soon as our engineers update the status of that incident through email and post here as well. The TIFF file includes the tag "StripByteCount" which is set to a wrong value: 360000, while this has to be 480000 (600x400x2). That's why the image is not displayed correctly. I gues some viewers are ignoring this tag, while LeadTools is using it (which is correct). I contacted the programmer who created the TIFF file to alter his code. Ps. I attached the file again, it may help other users.    Report
