How to change the cursor in LBitmapWindow and derived classes

This example uses the LBitmapWindow class, but will work with any other class that is derived from the LBitmapWindow class.

The only way (that I know of) to do this is to subclass the LBitmapWindow and create the class as a control.  The attached project is in VC 6.0 using MFC and LEADTOOL's ClassLibrary.  It was compiled under version 14 of LEADTOOLS.
