ColorConversion DLL is missing

Ok, this is a very odd problem. I have a .TIF file that was
created on a MAC that i've copied over to my PC. i'm attempting
to convert the .TIF file to a jpeg on my PC, but i'm getting the error
below. The only file i have a problem converting is this one that
was created on a MAC. Every .TIF file created on my PC works
fine. Any ideas? (I've attached the .TIF file if that helps. You can
still see the image in an Explorer window, but that means nothing)
I've also been having a very similar problem with a .EPS file created
on a MAC, only when i try to convert it i get a different error from
the same Load(System.IO.Stream, Int32,
Leadtools.Codecs.CodecsLoadByteOrder, Int32, Int32) function. The
error is "Invalid file format". I've been able to convert an .EPS file created on a PC since
that time, but still not one that originated from a MAC. Again, any ideas?
