Help---my v13 ltocx13n.ocx is wrong

Help---my v13 ltocx13n.ocx is wrong

I have regsrv32 after normal installation,so there something wrong with my ocx based applications.so i reinstall v13,but it still say ltocx13n.ocx is not registr correctly.so i try to use regsvr32 manually,but it does not work!I do not know how to repair this problem,for my disk is full of important files,i can not format the disk to reinstall the win2000 system.Please help me,thank you very much!

Run DEPENDS and see if you are missing some required DLLs.  Two reasons that the OCX would not register are:

  1. You are missing a required file (use DEPENDS to check this).
  2. You are using Windows 2000, XP, NT, and you are not an administrator, or have no rights to update the system registry.
