How do I install the OCX version for development?

1.                  All .OCX, .DLL, and .LIC files must be copied into the appropriate system directory for the Windows platform you are using. For Windows 3.1 and Windows 95, this is \Windows\System. For Windows NT, this is Winnt\System32. For 16 bit OCX versions on Windows NT, this is Winnt\System.

2.                  Use Visual Basic to register the OCX's. Use the menu option 'Tools - Custom Controls'. Place a check beside the controls you want to use. Click the OK button. NOTE: If the controls are not on the list, use the 'Browse' button to locate them.

3.                  The controls will appear on the VB toolbar. Simply drop the control into a form in your VB project. Most properties can be set at design time, some must be set at run time. See the reference manual and samples for specifics.
