Why do the RGB Values of a JPEG experience a Color Shift when saved or loaded in LEADTOOLS?

JPEG is not a lossless compression algorithm. You are not guaranteed to get back 'exactly' what you put in terms of each pixels value.

If you want the pixel values to be exactly the same, you should use a lossless compression such as Lossless JPEG, Lossless ABC, PNG, GIF (for 8-bit), LZW TIFF, etc.
